Refunds

Parental Consent

The Bulugh course is an Islamic educational programme for Muslim children covering puberty, health, fiqh, and age-appropriate sexual education. By enrolling your child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled, and that you consent to your child receiving this Islamic education.

We trust that you have reviewed the course details carefully and made your intention (niyyah) sincerely before enrolling.

Parental Supervision

Parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend all live sessions and to access all recordings alongside their child. You accept responsibility for monitoring your child's access to course materials. The Provider does not assume responsibility for content accessed by students without parental awareness or supervision.

Live Session Conduct

Students must join the live call using their first name and age only — for example: Yusuf 11 or Fatima 14. This protects the privacy of all students. The Provider reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, without refund.

Visibility During Live Sessions

This is an interactive live session and video will be required to participate. By joining, you acknowledge that the session is attended by other enrolled families and is being recorded. During the live session, all participants will be visible to one another. Please be mindful of what you and your child share during the session. The Provider is not responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by participants during the live call.

Please note that before the recording is made available to future students as part of the evergreen course product, it will be edited to ensure that all children’s faces are blocked out. Your child’s identity will be protected in any future release of the recording.

No One-to-One Contact

Students are welcome and encouraged to interact with the instructor during the live Q&A session as part of the group call. However, there is no one-to-one contact between the instructor and students outside of the group live session. No private messaging, individual calls, or direct communication between instructor and student will take place before or after the course.

If, following the course, a parent or guardian wishes to arrange a dedicated coaching session for their son or duaghter, they may do so with their full consent through PIP Coaches at pipcoaches.com.

Recordings

Live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students and their parents through the course platform. Recordings are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission — in accordance with the oath you take upon purchase on this platform.

Refunds

In line with our general refund policy above, all Bulugh course enrolments are final. No refunds will be issued once access to course materials has been granted. If the Provider cancels the course entirely, a full refund or rescheduled access will be offered.
